I'm Victoria.
I grew up on Montreal's South Shore and still live here. It's where I work, and it's the market I know.
I've been a broker since 2023. I handle sales, purchases and a lot of rentals. Rentals keep me in constant contact with people who are searching, moving or investing, and that network benefits my sellers and buyers. The pace has also taught me to quickly tell a file that will go smoothly from one that calls for vigilance.
What my clients remember most often is that I answer. Quickly, honestly, even when the answer isn't what they hoped to hear. A real estate transaction deserves to be lived knowing exactly where things stand.
